Order Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

We don’t normally provide delivery confirmation and/or tracking information when you place an order on Sebastian Foster.  However, we welcome your email correspondence if you are concerned about a parcel and delivery of your order.  Sebastian Foster has been shipping paintings and prints for many years at this point, we’re pretty good at it.

Shipping

Prints are shipped two ways, in a very hard tube or flat in a flat mailer.  We ship all prints in clear bags to protect the print surface and keep everything in perfect condition.

Prints equal to and smaller than 13 x 19 inches are shipped flat.  Sebastian Foster uses very hard rigid mailers for flat shipping.  If you order several small prints, we will likely ship all of them in the same flat package- but we may increase the protection to the package.

Prints larger than 13 x 19 inches are rolled in large, strong tubes.  We only use 3” x 24” and 4” x 24” tubes.  3 inch and 4 inch diameter tubes are large diameter tubes that help keep the print nice and easy to naturally unroll for framing.

We only ship with the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).  Also, please note that we usually take 2-7 days to process mail order.  We usually ship our mail order twice a week so things can process for a few days before shipping.

Returns

You can return an order (all or part) with no questions asked up to 15 days from the date that you receive your order. You will receive a full 100% refund if the item(s) is returned in the same condition it was delivered.

Replacements

We replace prints that have been damaged during the shipping process.  However, damaged items must usually be returned to receive a refund or replacement.  Replacement items are subject to availability at time of replacement.  Sebastian Foster reserves the right to choose between a replacement or refund for the damaged item.

Lost items

We ship everything with "Delivery Confirmation" service.  If an item becomes lost we will replace the item at our expense.  However, if an item is shown as "Delivered" by the U.S. Postal Service, we will not replace that item or provide a refund.  Problems often arise when orders are shipped to apartment units, condos, office buildings, and college dorms.  Please be sure your local postal carrier knows how to handle your delivered items if you cannot control items that are left on/at a door step, hallway or office.
