Matte Stephens New Hampshire
Matte Stephens paints and lives in New Hampshire. Matte's work is inspired by his love of Mid 20th century industrial and graphic design aesthetic of Charles and Ray Eames, Alexander Girard, George Nelson/Irving Harper and fine artists of the same era, Ben Shahn and Paul Klee. You can also find elements of mid century Jazz, modern design and old movies in his work. Matte has a long list of clients from IBM, American Express, Tiffany's, and Herman Miller to NPR and Disney. Matte has shown his work in numerous galleries from Los Angeles and Seattle to New York.
